1. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery date. If it's been longer than 30 days from delivery date, contact us to determine the best course of action.
2. A copy of the the credit card purchase receipt and a copy of the original invoice may be requested prior to us issuing a Return/Exchange Authorization.
3. Board must be in acceptable condition and returned in original packaging with original accessories and other components. The Electric Board Company reserves the right to reject a refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories or original components are missing.
4. A Return Authorization (RA) number should be obtained prior to returning the product. We will provide you an RA number once you get into contact with us.
5. Upon written receipt of the RA number, send your board to:
